When Jesus was working in his father’s carpenter shop I imagine that he often looked out the window. Even as he was busy fashioning tables or chairs I’m sure he couldn’t help but notice situations in the village that were not right. The way the prostitutes were scorned and spit upon . . . the way the lepers were treated . . . the way money was changing hands outside the temple. Spiritreneurs see the world through a larger window, just as he did.

What happens when wisdom enlarges and expands your window?

When I look out the window, the trees take on a different shade of green. The window has me seeking and dreaming more. Wisdom has me asking if I should replace the walls with more windows:-)
